Both 20 and 24-inch unicycles are very common sizes for adults learning to ride. Unicycles built on 20 or 24-inch frames are (roughly) suitable for those who have an inseam measurement between about 28 to 36 inches - although these are just estimates. In addition to learning on unicycles built on frames of these sizes, they’re also useful for trick riding (20 inches) and freestyle riding (24 inches), in part because of their compact size.
